Erin McGinty began her career with TriNet in 2004 and has spent the last 11 years in increasingly senior roles as one of the company’s client-facing HR experts. She manages the company’s national benefits consulting team and serves in an executive advisory capacity for benefits investment strategies, insurance renewals and regulatory compliance related to the Affordable Care Act. Additionally, Erin facilitates public speaking engagements and trains TriNet subject matter experts in communicating publicly on benefits.
Erin holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management. Erin is certified as a professional in human resources (PHR) and maintains her Life, Health and Variable Annuity license (LH&VA). She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM).
